The demand and booking of condominium rentals during the December 1st to April 1st period is the HIGHEST of the year. Most of our vacation Condominiums are rented for periods of 3-4 months, during this "Winter", or "High" season.

It's our policy to offer the Condominiums FIRST to those folks who are interested in an extended period (5-6 months), and then to those who are interested in periods of 3-4 months

If we still have availability, we'll take reservations for a month, but almost never for just the one (1) month of February.

These rates for full calendar months (Dec., Jan., Feb., etc).
